New construction in Calheta finished
First photos of our new finished project in Calheta, Madeira Island. The project consists of a new building and an old farmhouse, forming a family residence with various volumes, connected by gardens and patios.

The construction is proceeding, the concrete structure of the new part is finished, and the old main building is receiving a new roof soon. Both parts will be connected but left intact.

The property consists of an old house, renovated and extended, a new house with 2 bedrooms and a pool, both on the upper terrace. The living-room space behind the old house already existed as a patio before the project started, we just gave it a roof and cut in a fireplace. The garden and farmland around the volumes make this place special.

Our Rural Tourism Project in Serra de Agua "Pinheiro Eco House" is almost finished. It is the conversion of two stone house ruins into a small ensemble with the new addition of a contemporary wood clad volume.
