Casa Miradouro
A Family house with two rental studios for tourism. Our aim was to break up the relatively large volume as far as possible within the limitations of the plot and to create different rooms, terraces, covered outdoor spaces and courtyards. The two units are separate and yet a whole. The main house has a L-shaped open living-dining-kitchen area and a home-office. A large glass area in the South allows to take advantage of the winter sun in the otherwise north oriented house.
One of the bedrooms has a separate external entrance and can be closed off and be rented out together with the other 2 studios. The fantastic views along the North coast of Madeira are enjoyed fully, while carefully providing enough privacy for each unit. The garden, infinity-pool and a whirlpool are accessible for all guests.
